About Roger Ross

With a heart for the spiritually curious, Roger Ross has served as a church planter, senior pastor, and director of church planting in Missouri.
He now leads TheHumilityGroup.org, coaching faith leaders and their teams to lead grace-shaped lives that transform the world. He also leads the HumilityNetwork.org that brings pastors and leaders together to connect, innovate, and thrive.

In addition to his most recent book, "Kinda Christian: From Curious to Serious About Jesus, United Methodist Edition," launched January 27, 2026, Roger’s previous books include: "Meet The Goodpeople: Wesley’s 7 Ways to Share Faith," "Come Back: Returning to the Life You Were Made For," and "Come Back Participant Guide."

Now for the best part! Roger is married to Leanne Klein Ross. They live in Bloomington, IL, and God has blessed them with two adult children, a son-in-law, and one adorable grand dog. For fun, he enjoys SCUBA diving in warm blue water and has a weakness for golf.
